For maximum rejuvenation, blepharoplasty eyelid surgery can also be combined with procedures such as brow lift and facelift surgery. The procedure is most often performed on patients who are in their late thirties or older, though some people with a family history of eye bags might elect to have blepharoplasty at a younger age.
