Restylane Injections - Chapin Aesthetics

Originally developed in Sweden and now approved for use in the United States, Restylane® is an injectable filler made from hyaluronic acid, a compound that lubricates and cushions certain tissues in the body. The hyaluronic acid in Restylane® is not derived from animal sources, and is completely biocompatible, requiring no allergy testing. It is particularly effective at smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles, particularly those such as the "naso-labial fold," which runs from the nose to the corners of the mouth. A Restylane® treatment generally lasts about six months, and the treatment can then be repeated to achieve additional rejuvenation.
