Meet the Staff
Cosmetic Patient Care Consultant
As part of the dedicated team at Chapin Aesthetics, Cosmetic Patient Care Consultant Dorota Stefaniak ensures that all patients are in good hands and will receive the highest level of care throughout their cosmetic journey.
In creating the best possible experience, Dorota works directly with Dr. Scott Chapin, meeting with every patient to discuss their unique needs and to educate them about all of their options.
This gives the patient the confidence they need to make the most educated, well-informed decision in order to achieve their aesthetic goals.
Dorota’s passion for delivering a superior patient experience makes her an invaluable member of the Chapin Aesthetics team. The ultimate reward is seeing the beautiful results achieved postsurgery and the renewed self-confidence it gives so many patients!
Lori Quinn, RN, BSN, CPSN
Director of Nursing
Lori had been dedicated to nursing for more than 20 years before deciding to incorporate medical aesthetics into her portfolio. Earning her bachelor of science in nursing from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, was just the first of many successes for Lori in the medical industry.
In 2011, she joined Chapin Aesthetics, where she has further expanded her clinical experience and desire for aesthetic medicine. With her ongoing commitment to education, she has earned plastic surgery (CPSN) and aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS) certifications through the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses (ASPSN). The CANS certification is supported by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and provides professional recognition for aesthetic nurses who hold the value of education, clinical practice, and professional growth in the highest regard. Lori also sits on the scientific committee for the ASPSN, which combs through scientific literature and engages national speakers on key topics related to aesthetic surgery.
Walking reconstruction patients through a journey from which they’ll regain the quality of their life is what Lori finds most rewarding about being part of the aesthetics industry. Lori provides all of her patients stellar non-invasive skin care treatments with the utmost compassion.

The ability to be part of a process that allows Lisa’s patients to regain their confidence is her ultimate payout.
Kelsey Bridges, RN, BSN, CANS
Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Since joining Chapin Aesthetics in 2016, Kelsey’s knowledge and passion for aesthetics has contributed to the growth of the injectable, laser, and skincare services within the practice and has made her an invaluable addition to the team. Kelsey earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also completed an advanced training program to become a certified aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS). The CANS certification is supported by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and provides professional recognition for aesthetic nurses who hold the value of education, clinical practice, and professional growth in the highest regard.
Kelsey specializes in BOTOX®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, IPL photofacials, and microneedling, which happens to be one of her favorite skincare treatments that she recommends highly to her patients. “It’s a great way to treat fine lines and wrinkles, acne and acne scars, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, large pores, and collagen loss—and unlike many laser treatments, it can be performed on any skin type!”
Kelsey’s top two tips for maintaining healthy and youthful skin: drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen! “Staying hydrated and applying sunscreen, regardless of ethnicity or the time of year, is essential for achieving healthy, glowing skin and getting the most out of your skincare treatment!” As for what she recommends adding to your beauty routine: Revision Vitamin C and Obagi Tretinoin!
Kelsey finds that the journey of transformation she sees with her patients is incredibly rewarding. To see their confidence restored and the beautiful results that can be achieved through each custom treatment plan reaffirms her passion for the aesthetics industry.
