Description

46 year old.  Original implants, 500cc placed in the prepectoral position with mesh.  Patient complained that she was “bottomed out and too big”.  She underwent replacement with 385cc Sientra smooth cohesive gel implants placed in the subpectoral position with Galashape to support her new higher inframammary fold.
