Presents with breast ptosis. Recommended two options: breast augmentation w/ lift vs. breast augmentation w/ shaped gel implants. Patient chose shaped implants to avoid scarring associated w/ lift procedure. Contoured implants can reduce the need for lift procedure in select patients. 400cc oval shaped cohesive gel “gummy bear” implants; inframmamory incisions. Pre-op size 38 B; post-op 38 C/D; photos at 3 months (post op).
