Description

Bodybuilder desired improvement in size and shape. We initially discussed placing the implant “over the muscle” as we do with all bodybuilders [in order to decrease muscle animation during posing]. The patient ultimately underwent breast augmentation using 355cc round cohesive gel Sientra implant submuscular through inframammary incisions. Photo taken 6 months post op. Pre 36A/Post 36C/D
