From King of Prussia area requested more “curves”. She wanted improvement in her asymmetry. She had lost 20 lbs since the birth of her child and noticed that her breast were deflating. She underwent breast augmentation with 385cc Sientra round high profile implants using inframammary incisions. Pre 34B/Post 34D.
