Description

Original implants were 500cc placed in the prepectoral position.  The patient complained that she was “bottomed out and too big”.  She underwent replacement with 385cc Sientra smooth cohesive gel implants placed in the subpectoral position with Galashape to support her new higher inframammary fold.  Patient also had an abdominoplasty to contour her abdomen
