Arm Lift Case 10

Gender
Female
Surgeon
Dr. Scott Chapin

Description

This patient, who had massive arms before the procedure, shows the excellent results possible from a Posterior Incision Brachioplasty (Arm Lift). The scar is hidden on the inside-back portion of the arm.

An arm lift will also frequently involve the lose skin of the armpit, which can be tightened simultaneously with the arms. Brachioplasty is frequently performed at the same time as breast contouring surgery, as the two are in close proximity to each other. Tightening the arms frequently improves the side of the breasts and vice-versa. These two procedures can be performed as an outpatient.
