“Wanted to fit better into her bra better” and desired more fullness. She decided on saline implants due to the safety profile and decreased cost. She underwent breast augmentation with 300cc smooth Mentor saline implants filed to 325cc using inframammary incisions. Photo shown at 6 months post op. Pre 34A/Post 34C sometimes D.
