Mild glandular ptosis and asymmetry. 355cc round Sientra cohesive gel implants. Submuscular dual plane, the dual plane allowed the implant to drop to a lower position on the breast mound, thereby making the nipple appear higher and eliminating the need for a breast lift. IM incision.
