Claimed she “never was large enough for an A cup” noticed significant deflation of her breasts after breastfeeding. She desired significant fullness and roundness. She underwent breast augmentation using Sientra high profile round textured 435cc implants [Sientra textured implants have an excellent safety profile – for more information go to www.sientra.com “commitment to safety”] placed through inframammary incisions. The patient had a wide sternal bone which contributed to her wide cleavage postoperatively.
