42 year old patient previously had unilateral/right breast augmentation and wanted to explore options without the use of an implant. The patient also wanted to address her asymmetry. The patient underwent Right Breast Implant Removal and Capsulectomy; Fat Transfer to Right Breast; Left Breast Mastopexy.
