Procedure: Bilateral breast implant exchange using silicone gel implants
Implants: Sientra 415cc Moderate Plus Projection

Complaint: Breast augmentation by different surgeon; strongly disliked animation deformity, implants too large (485cc) and too high. Desired a revision.
